Here are a collection of TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) & SSMs (Special Service Messages) that I was able to obtain through a friend who has a subscription to OASIS. Subscriptions to OASIS can be purchased from Ford online by anyone. I will periodically update this thread with updated information. It would be ideal if we could keep replies out of this thread so that it will be easier for everyone to navigate it to find the needed TSB. At the Fusion Hybrid/Energi Forums I am one of the moderators so we're able to keep the thread with this information locked to keep replies out of it...however I can't do that here...

TSB 13-09-19 - Low 12V Battery SOC

TSB 13-03-11 - GPS unable to locate vehicle, red X displayed on map

TSB 14-0037 - GPS location inaccurate

TSB 13-06-27 - Instrument Panel Inoperative at Vehicle Start

TSB 14-0078 - Intelligent Access Doesn't Unlock Door (three pages must be posted as three separate images)

SSM 44918 - 2012-2015 Focus Electric, 2013-2015 C-MAX Energi, 2013-2015 Fusion Energi - EV Range Display Variance After Charging (Effective Jan 30 2015)
The EV Range being displayed after fully charging a 2012-2015 Focus Electric, 2013-2015 C-MAX Energi or 2013-2015 Fusion Energi may vary after each charging event. A variation of EV range does not indicate a battery or charging concern. EV range is similar to the Distance To Empty indication on a gasoline vehicle and the EV range will vary with vehicle operating conditions. Conditions that impact EV driving range include: cooler outside temperature, terrain, driving style, city or highway driving, tire pressure, and use of accessories. Using the cabin heater and A/C, which are electric, will also decrease EV range. To temporarily remove the impact of driving/climate history, reset the Lifetime Summary or Driving History by using the Settings menu on the left side of the instrument cluster, under Display.

SSM 44911 - 2012-2014 Focus - 2013-2014 Escape - Difficult To Maintain Straight Driving Line Effective Jan 28 2015
Some 2012-2014 Focus built on or before 9/15/2014, 2012-2014 Focus ST built on or before 10/31/2014 and 2013-2014 Escape built on or before 7/7/2014, may exhibit a concern of difficult to maintain a straight driving line at freeway speeds. This concern may only be present during long distance drives. The customer may report that the steering feels sticky at the straight ahead position and constant steering corrections are required. To correct this condition, reprogram the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) to the latest calibration using IDS release 93.05 or higher. Calibration files can also be obtained at www.motorcraft.com. For warranty claiming, use causal part 3504, and use applicable 12651D labor operations in SLTS manual Section 10.

SSM 44776 - 2013-2014 C-Max, 2013-2015 Fusion HEV/PHEV and MKZ HEV, or 2012-2014 Focus BEV - Powertrain Modules Coordinated Flash - Service Tip Effective Oct 20 2014
2013-2014 C-Max, 2013-2015 Fusion HEV/PHEV and MKZ HEV, and 2012-2014 Focus BEV require a coordinated flash when performing module programming for the ABS, BECM, PCM, SOBDM, or TCM. When module programming is initiated for any of these modules, the IDS will check for software updates for the ABS, BECM, PCM, SOBDM, and the TCM and will automatically install updates to each module that is not already at the latest level. If the coordinated flash is interrupted undesired vehicle operation may result. If the ABS module is programmed during the coordinated flash, DTC C1018 may be present after programming has completed, and the Multi-Calibration Routine must be performed. The Multi-Calibration Routine is found in IDS by selecting Toolbox - Chassis - Braking – Service Routine – Multi-Calibration.

SSM 44460 - 2012-2014 Focus - Multiple Module Communication DTCs Effective Mar 20 2014
Some 2012-2014 Focus vehicles may exhibit multiple module communication DTCs in the BCM, PCM, TCM, SASM, RCM, OCSM, PSCM, and/or ABS modules. This concern may be the result of a HS-CAN circuit located on the underside of the front passenger seat, shorting to ground. Remove the front passenger seat and inspect the OCSM harness circuits VDB04 and VDB05 for chaffing, small nicks, or cuts between connectors C3007A and C3159. Refer to wiring diagram section 14. If damage is found, repair and secure the harness to the underside of the seat to prevent future chaffing. Use available service labor times.

I have no idea why Ford decided to write this SSM in CAPS when none of the others are.
SSM 32226 - 2012-2013 BEV/HEVs - DTC U0554 IS INVALID AND SHOULD BE IGNORED Effective May 16 2013
2012-2013 FOCUS ELECTRIC, C-MAX/FUSION/MKZ HYBRID AND ENERGI VEHICLES MAY RECEIVE DTC U0554:00 (INVALID DATA RECEIVED FROM THE ACCESSORY PROTOCOL INTERFACE MODULE) FROM THE GENERIC FUNCTION MODULE DURING DIAGNOSTIC SELF TESTS. THIS DTC SHOULD BE IGNORED. FOLLOW THE WORKSHOP MANUAL PINPOINT TESTS FOR ANY OTHER DTCS THAT MAY BE PRESENT.

SSM 12063 - 2012-2013 Focus 2013 C-Max, Escape - Rain Light - Proper Operation Effective Dec 12 2012
2012-2013 Focus and 2013 C-Max and Escape vehicles equipped with the Rain Light feature will not work with the wiper switch set to intermittent/delay mode by design. This feature will only work when the wiper switch is set to the low or high speed settings during daylight operation, and the headlamp switch set to Autolamp mode with a 5 to 10 second delay before headlamps/park lamps turn on. After the wiper switch is turned off, the lamps will remain on for approximately5 to 10 seconds.
