I more heavily rely on the percentage itself - it's much easier to read and gives me a better gauge on how much 'juice' I have left.

Honestly, the range calculator is crap. My dad had the RAV4 EV, and if his car shows 100 miles, he gets 100 miles. There is no real up or down on it.

My understanding is the the FFS only charges to 80%, but it shows to us as 100%.

I emailed Fredrick Tonney VP and I got a call back from their office today. She asked me to give her some time to review the details and find out what the deal with the the SSN. I told her that when I called Ford customer service, they said there is no report of an issue.

Do the sync updates affect the SSN issue? Or is this completely separate than that?

How are the talks going with senior staff at ford? Do they admit there is an issue?

You should also call Ford and report it - 1.800.392.3673 When I called them, they said they have no reports of this issue, even though many of the cars have been sent to the dealer to be fixed.

Wow I just got a call back from FORD. The engineers responded back and said they had this issue on the 2012 FFE but they have had ZERO reports of this happening on 2013 FFEs. They said the issue in the 2012 FFEs was resolved through a software update. This just shows that everyone who is still...

So far you and I have called. Everyone else needs to for this to pick up momentum. I was surprised when the guy I spoke to had no record of this incident (SSN). He said usually they receive a bulletin to refer to and was surprised they had nothing this time.
