SYNC Software does not work

I have a 2013 Ford Focus EV.
I bought it on June 6, 2013. The first two months it worked fine.
Now it has the following problems:
1) Stopped twice - once in the middle of the road. Major safety issue.
2) The sync software worked ok for two months but now it has the following problems;
a) The GPS does not work properly. It shows that the car is in Michigan, in the factory
b) After a while the GPS locks to the correct location, but then freezes again.
c) GPS location shows wrong location while driving
d) Clock shows wrong time - time just changes randomly
e) Phone does not connect properly or does not hang up for 10 - 15 minutes
f) Voice commands do not work properly
g) Rear camera shows video when driving forward (sometime)

Anyone has all these issues?

I have not had these issues. Did you report the stopping of the car in traffic to NHTSA?
