So Ford thinks this is a recall?

So the MyFord Mobile app doesn't even try to work, it just pretty much says: "You're Hosed!"
So I thought to check the Ford Pass app, just to see if it still communicates with the car. Nope.
But I noticed on the Home screen, there is a recall icon. If I touch it, it opens a file about the ATT 3G sunset.

So I thought to myself, "what the hell".
I went to the NHTSA web site, and entered a concern about the recall on my Ford, that Ford is requiring me to pay for.
I provided the VIN, an explanation, and my contact information. We will see what happens.
Ford is calling this a recall, so lets see if NHTSA says anything about it.

Yep, a "recall" that we have to pay for. I'm beyond angry.

Well, if enough people voice their concern about this "recall" we have to pay for, the NHTSA will start an investigation.
