Tire Rotation

My FFE's road noise from the rear tires has been picking up when at highway speeds. I'm 99% sure it's just overdue a tire rotation, but also I know EV batteries are heavy beasts. Just double checking here... can I rotate with the pattern just like any ICE car?

Oh wow, nice find! So, every 6,000 miles. Guess I need to do mines also.
