I agree. I think with the introduction of the Chevy Bolt, it would be very surprising if Ford didn't come up with an answer. After years of competition with GM why would that all suddenly change? Meanwhile, I love my car and it works great for what I ask of it.

I agree - it is all in your expectations. The Leaf will give you a perched up, soft, Prius like ride where the FFE is more grounded, handles better in the corners and is more powerful and quick in the 20 mph to 75 mph range. I personally like tight well handling, powerful cars.

yeah - I wrote a post recently related to this. You can also get defrost with very little range loss if you turn ac off, temp all the way down to low, then on the bottom row of buttons push both the defrost and upper vent buttons.

I have been playing with the defrost a bit more. So what you do is push the button on the bottom row that has the defrost icon on it, turn down the temp all of the way and then also push the button with the upper vent icon on the bottom row. If you don't do the last step it will still deplete...
