Dealer printed their own "recall" notice that stated that parts and labor were free.

Unsure if the dealer will just "hand it over". They'll probably want to install it too.

Would you mind asking them? If they would hand it over, I'd like to get the kit from you. If they have to install it for you, then I'll have to find my own upgrade kit. Please let me know either way.
