I'm hoping to extract the upper and lower HV battery packs from my FFE, but I don't have a hydraulic jib crane laying around. Transmission jacks seem more reasonably priced, so I might just pick one of those up for the lower pack. I'm referencing this very helpful guide for steps and safety...

Alright, so more details. This is the harness: PART # CM5Z14A318D He says the brackets that secure the harness to the vehicle have a rubber component that dried/degraded over time, which left the harness exposed to water. It does kinda make sense, since we were having a ridiculously rainy week...

My FFE's road noise from the rear tires has been picking up when at highway speeds. I'm 99% sure it's just overdue a tire rotation, but also I know EV batteries are heavy beasts. Just double checking here... can I rotate with the pattern just like any ICE car? Thanks!

Aaannnddd we're all good, It was just the 12V. Phew...

Well, my wife is stranded in a parking lot with our FFE... She can't remember the exact message, but she went to turn it on and it said something like "System shutting down to save battery", or the topic. No it's giving no response... Any ideas? Is this just the 12V battery that needs replacing?
