Value Charge not working on my FFE 2016

Does anyone know how to fix the value charge on the FFE 2016?...ever since they upgrade the modem after the recall, it is not working. the casr and the app shows that it is set to value charge at Home. but when i get home and plug in it starts charging. I also noticed that the notifications are timed 4 hrs ahead even though the car clock is correct time. I have case number open with FORD for 3 weeks now and they are usless

Anyone else having this issue? HELP
 
Check the time zone setting in your my ford mobile site, I was having issues with my go times and it turned out the time zone was wrong in the app.

i re-read your post and I did not realize that you said to check the timezone on the App. I had in my mind the timezone in the car :)....after i checked it...it was indeed set to east coast time but i'm on the pacific.... Thanks a bunch.
