Unable to contact vehicle

So my wife and I share the Focus and I logged on to myfordmobile to update the Go Times and it tells me that it hasn't udated the information for 2 days and 1 hour. When i click on the Update button by the battery it comes up and says "Unable to contact vehicle." Has anyone else had this happen and if so, what is the fix?

I rebooted Ford sync, and if this doesn't work, try re-registering the car on myfordmobile website. The down side of this is that you will need to reenter all the information you have programmed in. You will also be pompt by Sync the next time you start your car about the myfordmobile activation. I tried both and it did work for me.
 
For anyone interested... I went out and unplugged my iPod from the car and about 2 days later things were back to normal. Coincidence... I don't know!
