Our 2014 FFEV has “no Audio” message on right display panel and the radio and CD player not working.
We’ve pulled fuses under glove box, F67 (sync) and F 79 (radio) and F1 (telematics)
but nothing helped.
Tried disconnecting 12V battery also without resolution.
Interesting fact is a few weeks prior car wouldn’t start due to drained 12V but we thought maybe headlights were left on. T his happened twice. We recharged it and now seems to be holding a charge fine.
Anyone have any solutions?
