Lifetime Summary Screen

My Lifetime Summary Screen will not go past 99km of regen. I have tried resetting it. It worked properly until it got to 99km and then stopped again. It also looks like once I hit 99km regen, the lifetime Wh/km stops updating as well. I was hoping the 3.5.1 update might correct this, but no luck.

Honestly, what is the point of a lifetime summary if you max it out after 2 weeks? It is like having an odometer that only goes to 1000. Why bother.

Has anyone else noticed the same thing?

Weird.

My lifetime summary currently shows 1723 miles, which is about 2773 kilometers. And, when I switch the display units to "km", that's what the car shows.

Out of curiosity, have you tried switching the display units to miles? (I know you probably don't want to do this permanently, but just to debug.) If you car is somehow "capped" at 99 km, then when displaying miles, it should be capped at 61 (or maybe 62) miles. Would be very strange, but just something to investigate.

Also, I don't have the 3.5 update yet.

My car came with 3.5 on it and currently my lifetime summary is showing something like 200+ miles of regen.

Our 2012 did the same thing. Its in the shop now for 13a01 reload. I hope one day that I might get it back. Also ours was miles for US.

By "same thing", you're saying the lifetime regen miles were capped at 99?

Sorry I am not to clear. Our 2012 on the lifetime screen capped the regen at 99 miles. I have not formally introduced myself I was waiting until this sync 3.5 fiasco is done with.

I just tried switching to miles and it displays 99mi regen.

Is there anything to try to get this unstuck or should I take it back to the dealer yet again.

I love the car, but it does have some interesting little quirks.

Just to make it even more interesting, when I changed it back to km, it went back and started counting from zero again.

I think this feature is broken on my car!

I wonder what system will need to be rebooted/replaced to get this to work?

Wow, very odd... when I switch back and forth, it simply changes the display units. Nothing is reset.

It turns out that it didnt start counting from zero again as I thought. What actually happened is that if I drive the car, the Lifetime Summary shows 99km regen. If I simply turn the car on in the garage and then turn it off without moving, it shows 12km regen on the Lifetime Summary.

The mystery deepens!

Same thing: constant 99 mile "Lifetime" summary on left screen, seen at turn-off immediately after showing some mile(s) gained from latest trip.
Have a 2012 FFE, old software not updated. (Over 9,000 miles driven, so far.)
Decided to ignore that display: car does everything else well enough, don't mess with it.

Mine also does not go past 99 miles. Can't say I ever really noticed it nor am I surprised, as even with the update SYNC is riddled with bugs.

If a miracle happens and Ford continues to support this car with software updates, we'll be lucky if a majority of the bugs are exorcised by the time the car is used up and ready for the crusher.

I have the same issue. 99 Miles Regen. It's displayed for lifetime every time. I thought the people test driving it were geinuses. It had 274 miles on it (it was 'used') with 99 Miles Regen. I could try to reset it as it really means nothing - except the lifetime KWh.
Has anyone called Ford about this issue?
