Does the "hill hold" feature work in the forward direction as well?

I've noticed a couple of times that the rear brakes were automatically held AFTER shifting from R to D, and I had to press the accelerator to move forward (rather than automatically creep). It didn't seem that I was on any significant incline.

Anyone else encounter this?

Thanks.

I would think that it does.

Hill hold activates on inclines 3-5% or greater. Are you sure you weren't on an incline? (You might not notice a slight one.)
