Is this charger selling on Facebook part of the recall?

Need a charger for the FFE I just bought and see this original Ford charger for $100,



And if so, will Ford give me a new one now?

Ford dealer said I would get a new one so I bought it for $80.

Well, according to this recall form, since it has a black housing it's not part of the recall.

3. Inspect convenience charge cord. See Figure 3. - White Charger - Proceed to Step 4 to inspect part number. - Black Charger - No repair required.

What does the charger itself look like? If you look at the cord that goes to the wall, there should be info stamped in it about the wires inside. The "fix" was adding a temp probe to the plug so that section has 2 more wires on the "good" one.
