This may be an old discussion, but it has resurfaced in light of 100% EVs hitting the road...mandatory minimum noise emissions! I think the silent quiet power of an EV is one of the best parts! So how do we attach a Cherry Bomb from a '91 Civic onto the FFE? :lol:

Apparently the hybrids have been out long enough that there is statistical evidence that pedestrians are 37% more likely to be hit by hybrids and cyclists 66%!

Wow, I din't know they had statistics on that stuff...could it actually be a topic being pushed by insurance companies instead rather than consumers? I live on a hill and I would LOVE it if all the vehicles passing by were electric, no flooring it to go up and now down shifting to come down. I say it's a step toward reducing noise pollution. :ugeek:
