Contacting a Ford Regional Rep

Long story short, my "new" Ford has been siting in the shop for 7 days now. I contacted customer service on Saturday and they said that a "Regional Rep" would contact me by Thursday...no such luck.
Anyone have any info on how to contact them, my next step is to call Ford Corporate myself.

Day 12 without my car!!! Can someone help get in contact with the regional person....dealer and FORD customer service are not helping much
