Hey guys. I have one of the first FFE (built april 2012) and never had a problem with. Not even the dreaded SSN. Now I have it in service for HV wiring replacement. The dealer called me and said the battery terminals are very corroded and need to be rebuilt by the factory. The car is in since 2 weeks and counting. Anyone else has this problem?

Yeah, a poor design choice permitted salty road spray by the rear driver side tire to coat the area where the lower battery pack connectors are located. They implemented a retrofit spray shield as part of the FSA 16B02 to protect these, however, if the plate that the connectors are bolted to is too badly corroded, the connectors crack allowing water ingress (leading to SSN as well as other failures). Mine took 6 weeks and 4 days total turn around time. Hopefully yours will take less, but I'd expect something in the neighborhood of 4 weeks.
