Has anyone done any rigorous, controlled testing around KWH/mi at different speeds, A/C impact at different temperature settings, etc? Not anecdotal data points, but a scientific study? I was going to do some, but figured it had likely already been done somewhere in a group this into the vehicle.

Thanks.

It's already been done, I saw some and was shocked (hahaha) at how much detail went into it.
It showed the speed vs efficiency/range, climate temperature impact and I think even ambient (but I could be wrong). It helped me to work out if it was possible for me to get into the FFE for our lifestyle.

Problem is; I don't remember where or if it was the FFE that was the testbed.

It may have been a posting on a Leaf board or something

There is a ton of information at

At. Avt.inl.gov

The website is hard to use, but go to "library" on the left and then alphabetically look up by manufacturers name for test results

For the ffe they have graphs of energy consumption vs steady state speed. Optimum is between about 30 and 40
