The connector was replaced last week and the FFE stopped twice this morning "Stop Safely Now". This only seems to happen in the morning. Back to Ford service where the techs will be clueless.

The dealer should be able to get the fault code? I recall that was an issue w the initial SSN problem.. no fault codes? Dealer waited 7 hours to look at the car and now says its the battery connector. Part delivery TBD.

Update: tech says its the connector for the high voltage battery..

The firmware update is not the same as the MFT 3.6.2 update? These are 2 different software updates? One done at home via USB and the other at the dealer? Or, am I misunderstanding this?

Has anyone heard what the cause of the issue might be or the fix? I read one post that a software update did not resolve the problem.
