I live in Colorado and I was going to opt out of the Leaf but after the generic close-lipped statements from Ford I basically said, "Screw you Ford, I'm getting a Leaf" Though I would like a FFE I'm not will to wait 2-3 months longer. If Ford can get FFEs out here before the end of January...

I wish the fed and state would stop giving tax reductions. They're pointless for the people who this is suppose to spur into buying these cars. Most middle income families do not owe enough taxes to get the full reduction. It's a travesty. I really wish these reductions would turn into a cash...

You'll want to return this charger if you wanted to get a 6.6 kwh (240 volt / 32amp) charing unit. The SPX unit is for a max of 5.5 kwh charging. The NEMA 6-30R recepticle is CAPPED at 30 amps. The actual draw will be 24 amps while charging. So if your aim is a 25-28 amp drawn then you're good.
