There are two detents but when press/pull to the second detent, I still need to to hold the switch to get windows down/up (it stops when I release). I thought it is a very basic function and was wondering whether mine has some issues. Thanks.

Thank you for the reply. FFE is new in my state. So most dealerships have no EV certification and have no idea about the car, how the system works....etc. I guess I need to try few EV dealerships and see how they react.
