anyone else have this problem? contacted ford several days ago and they are a waste of time. folks there knows absolutely nothing!!!! the website does not recognize my password...even the temporary one they sent.

i re-read your post and I did not realize that you said to check the timezone on the App. I had in my mind the timezone in the car :)....after i checked it...it was indeed set to east coast time but i'm on the pacific...that fixed the problem :D . Thanks a bunch.

This is exactly what happened to me. i had to to a "master reset" on the car and also delete the app on my phone and re-install. you will lose all your data but ubfortuanately, that's what worked. hope this help
