Problems with myford mobile

The FFE is at the dealer today for the TCU replacement. They say they will have it done by the end of the day. Over the last couple days the data in MFM has been even worse than usual. Down to only about 10% of trips showing the Brake Score & Driving Score.
 
I have an issue with MFM. i get the confirmation step 3 and he tel me to comeback in 24 h but nothing append.
i think videotron dont work with MFM.
some one have videotron and be able to use MFM.
