Center display DEAD

I'm having trouble connecting my iPad to my car's Bluetooth system. The main display shows it's connected, but I can't access Bluetooth Stereo from the steering wheel. Also, the main display recently went blank and hasn't come back on.

Can you check if there is any software available? (for the display issue).
