Hello, everyone! I am new to the forum. I think I can explain my inquiry in a way that is understandable enough.

I left my 2017 electric Focus parked for more than 2 months. I am not sure if it was fully charged or not. I tried to start it today, but it didn't happen. All I got was a blinking screen and something about power save mode and then everything went blank in a second.

I plugged in the 120V cord, but the car isn't charging. The green power light is on, also get the green car light on steady, and I don't get any faults on the display.
What am I missing?

The power message on the infotainment screen is for your 12V battery. When that's too low, it can't perform the operations necessary to bring the HVDC online to start or charge.

The battery does not work for a long time is easy to damage, this case should be the battery is broken, you can replace the battery.
