I had a similar problem that just started after about 2 1/2 years. They found a TSB and reprogrammed the controller and it has been great since. No cost of course.

I'd jump for them. I have a 2013 FFE and the battery pack never seems to lose any capacity even after 3 years and in the Phoenix HEAT. It's a great car and will last almost forever.

What's the Magnetic Grey ? Is that a color for the new FFE?

FORD really needs to change the air cond /heater to a very efficient heat pump. The LEAF and SOUL EV have that and it seems to use only 1/3 the energy which can help range. FORD still uses an old compressor and it takes a lot of energy.
