Check the November - February sales, and follow up with April... No one could get their hands on FFE's... It's the same sales rate, just crammed into a single month due to lack of supply. It will return back to normal (low) levels in June after the new builds have been satisfied.

If you want to see my 2016 FFE, let me know. I have the leather and love it. I don't always drive in, but I can make the special trip just for you, but you'd have to visit it at Bay & Queens Quay

I have my 2016. If I was to buy another EV at the moment it would be an Ioniq, but I don't have an urgent need for a 5th car right now.

I had first right of refusal on it. I declined to buy it. I have photos of the top roof area where the colour changing dial is missing, and we verified that the vanity mirrors did not light up.

I actually like the leather, and I'm okay with the colour & pattern. I did not like the cloth. The red 2017 I "had" was built as a base model with the cloth, and missing things like the interior light kit (which I thought was strange), it gave a feeling of "cheapness" to the car that I don't...

What's your price point? The 2017 FFE is $24K to buy outright (after all taxes) before the end of March. I'm guessing the Ioniq will be about $27K Keep in mind that cost to run the EV is much less. That may help in your budgeting.

Yes, the full-battery Ioniq is. The PHEV is later this year across Canada and USA. They've been reported to me as: "on the ground in Toronto, awaiting release" and that was likely to happen any day (two weeks ago). I'm thinking it will be end of March or the first week of April.

I never saw a need to negotiate down. The price was decent and the rebate sizable. I was very happy with the price (and it's even better right now) If you wanted real leverage, just mention the Ioniq and walk out (then go and buy the Ioniq) There will be so few FFE's in Ontario that they won't...
