The thing I have found that works best is - brown napkins from fast food restaurants. I don't use any liquid, unless theres a real nasty spot. Then just plain old Windex. But I use it very sparingly.

One other tip, keep the inside of your windshield extremely clean. That gives less things for the micro water drops to cling to.

Have you looked into Plasti-Dipping your current rims? I have thought about doing it to my factory wheels and leaving the upper 5 spokes silver, darkening the rest.

stretch, You should get ahold of Ford Credit and ask for a lease extension. Usually they only allow a 2 month extension, let them know your scenario and that a ordered replacement FFE should fall into that timeframe. They will send out some paperwork for you to fill out, the lease extension...
