ICE to EV Powertrain Swap Planning

Hey all,

I'd figure this would probably be the best place to get or get directed to a bunch of info on the Focus EV. I'm planning sometime in the future, when I get crazy enough, to swap the Focus EV powertrain into a Ford Flex (probably my current if the waterpump ever destroys the Ecoboost motor). The Focus and Flex are both CGEA 1.2 so modules should be able to be added without too much hassle. From what I understand, Ford really cut corners making their Focus EV, but just how close is the EV to the ICE mechanically (Engine Mounting, Modules, etc)?

Any suggested reading material is appreciated!

Thanks in Advance!

Never mind. I've been informed the FFEV is C1CMA. There goes that plan ...

Are you sure about that? My original TCU asbuilt had the code for C1CMA set but the new one would not work until it was changed to the code for VA CGEA 1.2
