It doesn't give us anything exact, but it gives since things to concentrate on.
You want to check the physical connection of the BMS sensor to the battery and it's wire back into the rest of the system. If you can find out the part number, you can see if it's the same as ones used on ICE focus and might find one to swap and test.
If I remember, I'll try to look up the DTC in the service manual and see if there's anything useful noted.
