Level 2 chargers that don't need hardwiring?

Hey guys!
I'm looking for a home charging station that won't break the bank. Preferably something that plugs directly into a NEMA 14-50 outlet.
So far, I only have Lectron V-Box on my radar. Any suggestions?

I use a Tesla UMC. Yeah, it needs an adapter, but that adapter can be used with public Tesla destination chargers as well.
I think they are $199, and the adapter is $130.
