Hey guys, hope someone can help me with this one.

When moving at higher speeds, couple seconds after actioning the brakes and just when the vehicle gently starts slowing down, I feel a "punch". The feeling is similar to a quick press and release on the brakes pedal. I can come to a smooth complete stop, after the "punch".

Braking pads, rotors, fluid, calipers, etc, all in excellent condition. Serviced and inspected properly.

Does anybody know what can it be ? Maybe something to do with the regen brakes working along with the mechanic ones. Calibration, configuration... Any thoughts are welcome.

Thanks all,

Andre.

One thing I'd look - there's a switch on the brakes, separate from the one that triggers the lights, that cuts motor power. It keeps it from wasting energy trying to creep while you're at a stop, but if it were to stick during normal braking you'd feel an abrupt change when it unsticks. Don't have much else to offer.
