MyFord Mobile problem with connection

I am from Norway and have new ford Focus EV. All was good until today :-(((
First it was not possible to connect with a car and check battery status. Info about battery was updated only after connecting or disconnecting. Than I made master reset and now I cant connect car with app - noting on the car screen to allow :-((
Taking out Fuse nr 67 also not helping :-(((

Some ideas !!???
