my online account showed that I owe $215. But yesterday it now shows zero and it shows a payment for $12,800. I called ford and they say that the car was sold for that amount.

In mid November, I turned in my 2016 FFE with 4 months left on my lease as I wanted to get into a Chevy Bolt before the California rebate was reduced from 2,500 to 2,000. This was my first lease ever, so I didn't know what to expect when I returned it. The car was in great shape with only 15k miles....

Now I went out to my car this morning and my 12 volt battery is completely dead. I am not able to even unlock the doors and had to use the key to do so. I just replaced my 12v battery with a new one 3 months ago.
