Re: 80,000 Miles On My FFE

Mine is currently 87000 miles, MY2012. Recently went through the SSN issue hell and got a refurbished battery with around 15 kwh on the replaced battery. Can't wait to trade out of this unreliable Ford electric car. :)

Re: My 23 KW battery is being replaced

I want to confirm I also will get a refurbished battery pack, part # CM5Z-10B759-TARM. The strange thing is that my doesn't start after the installation. And an engineer will have to come out to do some reprogramming. I thought this part # has the lower capacity and it is as simple as a drop-in repl...

Re: Stop Safely Now Warning

So my car has been back to the dealership again. This time I didn't get the dreaded SSN, but I got a yellow wrench. They have replaced the harnesses 3 times. I don't know if it was the same harness or different one. The adviser told me that he's going to try to push Ford to replace the battery this ...

I did clear it and will check back in a week.
Did this code come back for you? I'm currently seeing this code and not sure how to address this. Thanks.

Re: Air Conditioning drawing more than normal

My guess is that some module in your car battery is bad, and so the whole pack can't handle the draw. You should ask a Ford dealership to run a Vehicle Health Report and see what comes out.

Re: Price check on a 14

What is SSN issue? I want to warn you about the SSN issue with this car. Make sure you read the error codes with a ODB II. Many people are suffering from SSN issue with this car and it could run you thousands and the worst part is that it may not even fixed. I bought a used 2012 FFE in 2018, and 6 ...

Re: Anyone else ever get this mobile alert?

I had this problem before I think. I remember that I had to disable auto update clock to fix this. What happens is that if you have auto update clock it will update the clock based on the FM/AM station or something like that. And most the time those station has incorrect clock time. If you disable i...

DCDC Module Forscan temperature reading

Hi all, I just want to check to see if it's normal that the MotCoolTemp reading from the DCDC Module is 226 degrees F. That's boiling water temperature. Also there's a lot of inconsistencies temperature reading between the modules. If I go to PCM Module and find the temperature for coolant going to ...

Re: Stop Safely Now Warning

For my case, it wasn't because of the 12V battery that caused the SSN issue. I did replace the battery and it worked for a couple months. After that, and when the weather was hot I started getting SSN again. This time they replaced the PCM, harnesses. I got it back 2 weeks ago and it seems to work w...
