Congrats! I would get a 3 if only it was $50k or less and I would prefer dual motors. The disappearing tax credit also makes it more difficult but I suspect price reductions will be in place.

I remember trying to make a call with "call <contact>" or "call 10digit #" or "phone <contact>" but it didnt work and the command menu on the display is useless - it doesnt list acceptable keywords or if i try them it doesnt accept

I gave up on the voice commands. It couldn't do the simplest of things like change radio channels, etc. Seemed like the keywords just werent there or I had to g thru nested commands to get it to do what I needed instead of one simple phrase like fm 98.5, etc

Where did you find FFE 2017s for $21k? Thr lowest I can find them are for $24k.

Increasing range without increasing battery size would mean a drastic improvement in efficiency. I was also very sceptical that there would be significant range increase for the 2018 FFE but then I read that the battery of the 2018 Nissan Leaf has the same form factor (read it's the same shape) as ...
