    Azure Dynamics filing for Bankruptcy

As seen on http://www.myelectriccarforums.com I wonder if Ford is wondering what to do with the Transit Connect Electric? Azure Dynamics was the company installing and providing the electric vehicle components for the Ford Transit Connect.

Panasonic to supply batteries for Fusion Energi, Cmax Energi

Thanks for sharing the link on the Ford Focus Electric Forum! Interesting that this article doesn't mention the Ford Focus Electric, only the C-max Energi and the Fusion Energi - perhaps this is because the Ford Focus Electric already has a battery contract in place? Maybe once that contract...

More unofficial delays with the Ford Focus Electric

Back on February 2nd, Mike Tinskey, associate director for Ford's Global Electric Vehicle Infrastructure said the Ford Focus Electric vehicle should start becoming available in all 19 markets around September. Will they put one every 50 miles? Or every 100 miles? Will the frequency of charging stations be based on the range...

    Focus Extreme Weather Testing

Here's some photos of the Focus Electric being tested at an extreme weather facility to make sure the battery pack and the rest of the car's components can handle the cold and hot weather it could encounter out in the real world.

    The Passion of the Focus

Wow - that is a cool job. I've love to be the guy that test the Ford Focus Electric, either in a funky atmospheric warehouse or out on the road! That place has: -four test chambers (two with thermodynamic wind tunnels) -six rooms that can create temperatures between -40 and +55 degrees...

Car Charging Group, Inc. and King Airport Parking Partner to

I have to admit, this is a good idea. Every time I drive past something where there's cars stopped in a line, I think 'How can I start a business with EV chargers here'? People could charge there Focus Electric's everywhere - in Ferry Lineups, drive in movies, campgrounds - it's limitless really.
