Have 3600 miles on my FFE that I bought in February. No problems other than the update that took several days (dealer problem). Would highly recommend it.

Thanks. I forwarded your idea to the dealership in hopes it may be a solution. When I bought the car it was almost depleted after they washed it and left it on.

After day 3, the dealership called and told us the "4hour" update was finally completed. When I arrived to drive my FFE home, it was completely dead, and no one had a clue what was wrong. Maybe day 4 will be better.

Do the dealerships charge for the update?

FFE 2013 been driving since Feb 2013, commuting 40 miles daily, total 2171 miles, without any issues. Love it.
