    Canadian pricing. How much room to deal?

    I was at Electric Mobility Canada's EVVS2013 Conference in Gatineau and a Ford rep from US mentioned retail pricing of $36,999 and a $10K rebate. I am thinking she had US and Canadian retail prices mixed up. Does anyone know if there is a $10,000 rebate on the Ford Focus Electric in Canada? Also...
