For you all that reported dead battery in Feb that is "fine ever since", you are on borrowed time. Another cold snap and you might find yourself in a pickle. Just a heads up. Might make it to next winter, then again it might not.

Curious, Have you had the software patch installed to eliminate / minimize the dead 12v batteries due to power drains when not car not on? Had mine done just a month or so ago. Dealer replaced battery with no charge at the same time.

Yep. Same situation. They are working on it. I have a case number. LOTS of people are affected.

Service updates done. Dealer put in a new battery (it was toast). Life is good :)

All depends on how you've been driving and what assessories you have turned on (especially heat). Generally, yes mpe is better in the summer.

That sounds like the darn modem isn't even communicating. Duh - That's what you've been saying. I wasn't "listening" very well. Sure does sound like yet another trip to the dealer :cry:

Did you try deleting ALL your accounts? and then setting them back up again? I did that as well as a fresh reset on the car. I also had to reacknowledge the "take control" of the car at the FFE itself. Fixed all my issues. Like I said before, I lost my history by who really cares lol. P.S...

Same dealer I bought my buyback orphan from. Same experience too with customer service. Nice folks. FYI.. I think they move a lot of the CA FFE buybacks. They had two when I got mine.

My bet would be it's charging points are based on pack voltage so software may not care BUT is the pack even the same voltage? IDK?
