Is this the type of issue that would be a good candidate for a class action lawsuit? Has anyone contacted any law firms that specialize in this to see what they thought and if they would be willing to take this on?

My 2013, purchased in October 2012, has 82,000 miles and about 15kWh usable battery.

I've confirmed with Ford that there's definitely no subwoofer in the Focus Electric. I'm about to move ahead with install of an aftermarket sub and amp. Assuming I don't care about the loss of space, any reason not to do this?

I'm pretty sure there's no subwoofer. I can't find it anywhere. Where would an aftermarket sub and amp fit in the trunk - as the battery takes up so much space?
