If you go to syncmyride.com you can contact support and find out if there is a new version of Sync available for you (like Whit's post had mentioned). Likely this will fix the problem, and if not, you're at least talking with the people that can help.

Perhaps there is a protective film on the wheels still that the dealer didn't remove from your Focus Electric?

Congrats, that sounds like a good deal! 600 miles is really nothing, although I'm curious - was it a pre-owend Ford Focus Electric or is it new and those are miles the factory etc put on? Maybe test drives? Are you going to post any pics of your Focus Electric?

What does the extended warranty cover? I'm assuming not the battery pack - or if it did, it would be something like gauranteed to have at least 70% of original battery capacity in 5 years or something like that since we all know that batteries do degrade over time. $10,508.38 for the Ford Focus...

Is that supposed to be a seal to keep airflow smooth to increase the CoD? Maybe sticking out a little bit is actually better then being recessed... or maybe all of them are just a little goofy.
