I have the reverse problem. I am not getting any heat from the vents even if the heater is dialed up to max. Does anyone have experience with having issues with heater and how expensive is it to fix the heater/heatPump on FFE 2014?

I have contacted MFM support. Let me see how they resolve this. For me, the failure to login from the mobile app is 90%. I have succeeded only a couple of times over last 2-4 weeks.
Since the new app update to v.3.5.10, I have been having persistent issue with logging into the app from my Mobile phone. The web based access seem to work just fine.

Since modem replacement, I am seeing same problem on the MFM app as well as web site. Total range is stuck at 72 no matter how much capacity remains in the battery.
After 2 years of owning the car, I am noticing that the battery capacity is about 16.2 kWh. What is the best and accurate way to get the battery capacity?
After a full charge reset, I watch the kWh used when the battery shows 50% available. I see 8.1 kWh used for 50% battery.

The car learns based on recent history of how it was driven to compute the range. Have you recently acquired the car from a different driver? I suggest drive the car for a week or so to see the range based on your driving patterns.
