I actually just sold my 15 FFE with leather and 38k miles for $11,600 in TX. I did the KBB instant cash offer after hearing about it here. I took it the first dealer that emailed me and they only offered $11,000 so I refused. I went to the second dealer and they offered the whole $11,600.
No don't charge it for 30 minutes from a regular outlet. I think 40% to 80% is a good range for the battery to be in. Yes, being in extreme temperature is bad for the battery so keep it in the shade or garage if possible. Use plugshare and chargepoint apps to find free charging.
If I lived in...
The cabin air filter is cheap, about $14 on Amazon, maybe less if you look around or get an off brand.

Is 52 km one way or round trip? Are you quoting the price of the new one with or without incentives?
Highway driving is not as bad as using heat in the winter. I would worry more about range when the temperatures are below 50F.
Yeah. Just charge it and reset one of the trip meters on the left side display. Open your windows and turn the heat to max. Takes about 3 to 4 hours, when the car dies, you'll know how much battery capacity you have. I think the older FFE had 19-20 kWh originally.
I'm surprised you are using value charging in Texas. Unless you have that free nights/weekend promotion. It's not really that good of a deal since peak is triple what others charge. I really miss the awesome electric deals in Texas where I was paying 2-4 cents per kWhr. Now it's closer to 7...
I don't have the exact stroller, but I have 3 that fit fine without removing the hatch cover. I have a chicco lightway plus, joovy caboose ultralight, and summer infant 3d light. They do take up most of the width and height of the cargo area.
I agree with this. I went with clipper creek because it was UL listed and had many connector options. I went with one that will connect to a dryer outlet.
I tried some cheap Vouge Signature all seasons tires and they were terrible and got about 10-15% less range. I'm using Continental Purecontacts now and they have better traction than the Energy Savers, but a decrease of 0-5% less range. Don't get summer tires, you will lose a lot of range.
