"The Prius, which uses electricity and gasoline together". This is misleading in my opinion. The Prius uses gasoline, and an electric motor and batteries to increase the efficiency of its gasoline use.

Right - I see so many Leafs and Volts sitting on dealers lots. No one is even coming in for test drives... And they are asking $1000's below MSRP.

I don't think the no-refund idea is legal, at least in my state (CA). Don't mind putting down $500, however.
