Took cell update now Text to Speech not working

My TMO took an update, and my wiff on Verizon to an update, (Android).

Now we cannot have the Sync read out to us the text messages.
We looked on the Sync, and made sure the selection was for reading, but still no joy.

Any ideas.?
 
From my experience its in the bluetooth settings of the phone. Sorry im not an android user but normally in the bluetooth connection properties on your device for your Sync connection their is a "show notifications" setting that should be enabled...
