I've been looking for an excuse to get an Echo. This might be it.

Interesting; Ford was pretty quick to add watch support to the My Ford Mobile app.

This is probably similar: Joining the MFM server's up with Amazon's (note that its in both Ford's and Amazon's best interests to get this tied together).
