Dropbox' interface seems to have changed. There is no public folder. You now create links to the uploaded files. I did that (it confirms the link can be given to anyone and the image is publicly) and put the link between the IMG tags, but all that appears in my post is the word 'image' with a small icon to the left of it. The picture doesn't appear.
