I leased in Southeastern CT, but my story probably isn't relevant to today's market. Leased a 2013 in March 2014 from a dealership that got stuck with the car after they swapped with a dealer in MA and the buyer backed out. They had the car on their lot for over a year. Ended up with $700 down, and $213/month for 36mo/12k including all sales and property taxes.
