When you use the voice commands to set guidance the system will not change over to the map so that you can answer the charge at this location question.
The work around is to use the command “Show Map” first and then “Destination Home/Work”. Then you still have to take your hands off the wheel to touch the screen to answer the question.
The system should be upgraded so that you would be prompted for the answer.
